Marketing Management

Marketing Management is designed to provide students with an understanding of the basic concepts of marketing management and experience in making marketing strategy decisions. Specifically, the course will cover issues how to do the market analysis, target audience and implementing marketing tactics under the internet based background. Students are supposed to produce a complete Marketing Plan based upon Christian principles for a product or service.

Course Objectives:

After completing this course, students should be able to:
  1. Understand the role of marketing in creating successful long term business growth.
  2. Understand important marketing steps such as; connecting to customers, building strong brands, shaping market offerings to deliver and communicate value, a U. S. P. (Unique Selling Proposition) for a specific target audience, and shaping product offerings in a competitive environment
  3. Complete a market research project 
  4. Develop a web based marketing approach for an internet product offering
  5. Complete a data gathering and write a marketing case analysis
  6. Integrate the above steps into a completed marketing plan for a product or service
